My partner and I would like to say a big "THANK YOU" once again for your excellent customer service from your staff. Your carpet and soft furnishing department make you feel welcome and give good advice. We had carpets fitted last week, the gentleman was so professional and did a perfect job.. Yesterday we had a mattress and a lounge sofa and chair delivered .. once again your delivery guys were so professional and friendly. These days we have many choices to purchasing our goods from different stores, but we always come back to Eyres because of your customer service.Please pass on your apprectiation to your members of staff, I am sure you will see us back in the near future.
I am writing to say thank you to all the staff at Eyres, especially over the past 12 months. I have recently made many purchases including new bedroom furniture , curtains, lighting, pictures and accessories. The staff are a credit to the company and always add a personal touch an a loverly manner. They always provide excellent service and make it a pleasure to shop at Eyres. It is very rare to find a department store that cares so much for its customers.

I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service from a member of your staff. I had done a bit of research through "which" of the difference between mattressess but the product knowledge and enthuiasm for your products meant that instead of buying one 1 bed for ourselves we purchased 2 instead and we are thrilled and belive we have bought the rights beds.Over ther years we have met good and bad sales assistants in realation to knowledge and enthuiasm for the product and your staff member is the best yet.
